2T comes from 2 grape varieties which stand out for their ancient origins and their excellence:
Refosco, whose cultivation dates back to 1.000 b.c. and Merlot, historical vine, which found in this territory the ideal environmental conditions.

The Refosco grapes, characterized by a pyramidal and loose bunch, are harvested when the skin is still thick, while the Merlot grapes are harvested when slightly over-ripe. The grapes are macerated separately in the vats for 10-12 days. After a first phase in steel tanks, where the malolactic fermentation takes place, the wine ages in 30 hl. oak barrels. The wine then refines in bottle for 6 months.

Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: intense ruby red with purple edges.
Bouquet: rich, characterized by clear wild berries scents in perfect harmony with the delicate spicy notes.
Taste: velvety, full, with a great balance between a good body and an elegant softness.

Gastronomic matches:
Excellent with tasty first courses, red meats and game. Ideal also with middle-aged cheeses.
