Prosecco is surely the most famous Veneto native wine. Its success is due to its characteristics of pleasant liveliness and fragrance, which makes every meeting a wonderful occasion. Prosecco has a straw yellow colour, with fine perlage; it is lightly aromatic with fruity notes, slim-bodied, light and lip-smacking on the mouth. Excellent as an aperitif, it elegantly matches hors-d’oeuvres, shellfish and delicate first courses.
