The Enologists
The right soil, climate, vine and harvest are necessary for the production of an excellent wine – even though all these elements are not enough. The production of a great wine needs a man with a deep knowledge of viticulture and nature, able to follow and interpret the nature’s processes: this man is the enologist.



Carlo Paladin
Carlo Paladin has always worked in the family company; he’s keen on viticulture and enology and takes care of all the phases involved in the wine production with passion and interest: from the work in the vineyards to the vinification, thus offering the best quality while respecting the traditions.


Gianluigi Zaccaron
Gianluigi Zaccaron graduated from the G. B. Cerletti Enology School of Conegliano in 1979. He has been working for Paladin winery as a technician since 1988 and in 2008 celebrated 20 years with Paladin family. He is directly involved in the vinification and bottling processes as well as in the coordination of production employees.


Franco Bernabei
He cooperated with the company as wine consultant from spring 1999 to autumn 2009. Of Venetian origin and Tuscan of adoption, Mr. Bernabei is an internationally known enologist and has been Paladin family’s friend since a long time. The esteem and friendship for Paladin family still continue today.
