Vinification process
It is produced with the carbonic maceration method. The whole bunches are put in closed tanks, where fermentation naturally starts inside the fruit, and it gives this wine its typical flavours and its charming suppleness.
Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: brilliant ruby red with purple hues.
Bouquet: clean marasca and little red berries scents.
Taste: of good body, it’s pleasant for its freshness and its extraordinary suppleness.
Gastronomic matches
Excellent with the autumn typical courses: risotto with pumpkin, barley soups, mushrooms courses and truffle with meat.
