Grapes
Cabernet and Refosco dal peduncolo rosso produced in our own vineyards.

Vinification process
The two varieties are vinified separately, and the macerations last from 10 to 15 days. The wines are then put in oak barrels for 12 months. After the blend, Vineargenti ages in 225 litres barrels for other 6 months. Then the wine refines for one year in bottle.

Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: deep ruby red with garnet-red hues after long aging.
Bouquet: intense, fruity, spicy, with scents of tobacco and chocolate.
Taste: strong and full wine, elegantly mellow.

Gastronomic matches
It is wonderful with red meat and mature cheeses.
