The remarkable quality of this grappa is due to a simple yet precise process. The marcs are separated from the must through a soft pressing and, still dripping, are sent to distillation. In this way, the primary aromas of the grapes are perfectly preserved and generously passed along to the grappa, ennobling it with characteristic, distinctive notes. At Borghi, we chose the most typical grape variety of Eastern Veneto: Prosecco. Without exception, the distillation of this variety, using precious copper stills, is guided by the tried and tested experience of master distillers. Prosecco grappa is best appreciated at 10°-12°C, in small crystal tulip glasses.
