This aristocratic sparkling wine, the very expression of elegance and verve, renews the glamour of a classic ritual, “il Filò”, or time spent in the drawing room for after-dinner gatherings. It is a wine of great charm, the result of an original cuvée.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: Ruby red with cherry edges, with fine perlage and a nice pink fizziness.
Bouquet: Dominant floral and fruity scents, with notes of small red fruit and wild roses.
Taste: Fresh and cheerful, sensual for the pleasant slight sweetness.
Gastronomic matches:
It matches dry pastries and sweet fruit tarts; excellent with strawberries, but also with ham and melon and toasted snacks. A pleasant wine for conversation, in summer it is the ideal companion in gardens or on boats.
