Malvasia is a vine grown throughout the whole Mediterranean Basin. A little known fact about the vine is how well it lends itself to sparkling wine and so it was with great pride that Valentino Paladin chose it to make this his own sparkling dessert wine.

Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: Clear straw yellow, with fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: Extremely expressive and refined, aromatic, pronounced and fruity.
Taste: It has an enfolding slight sweetness, supported by a great vivacity and harmony.

Gastronomic matches:
Splendid with any dessert, it is incomparable with custards. It is particularly suited to wedding cakes and adds a touch of class to the closure of any convivial banquet.
