Pinot Nero is a vine well respected at the top of the world of enology. This vine, in order to fully express its peculiar characteristics, requires tough soils that give a limited production but of excellent quality. The red grapes are fit for the fermentation without the skins, and produce prestigious sparkling and semi-sparkling wines.

Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: Light straw yellow
Bouquet: Delicate and lingering for the pronounced floral notes.
Taste: Dry, pleasantly lively and elegant; its acidity makes it fresh and very appealing.

Gastronomic matches:
Very nice as an aperitif, it wonderfully accompanies the most refined fish courses, from the hors-d’oeuvres to the grills.
