Prosecco “Tondo” gets its name from the clone of the Prosecco grape used for the production of this sparkling wine, known as “Prosecco Tondo”, so called for the roundness of the berry and for the presence of a rich millerandage (berries that remain small and sweet), peculiar characteristics that give the wine an extraordinary softness.

Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: Intense straw yellow and fine and persistent perlate.
Bouquet: aromatic with notes of wild apple and spring flowers.
Taste: soft and elegantly slightly sweet. Piquant, lingering and gutsy for the well-balanced freshness.

Gastronomic matches:
Excellent versatile sparkling wine. Ideal as an aperitif and to match delicate fish courses like lobsters and prawns. For its elegant slightly sweet character and its aromatic note it is great with cakes.
