Raboso is one of the oldest Eastern Veneto vines and its grapes are harvested in late autumn. The fermentation stops at a cold temperature making the wine slightly sweet, fresh and aromatic. With the recommencement of the fermentation, the Raboso gets a pleasant liveliness, which praises the fruity notes and the particular softness. In order to highlight these characteristics, which make our Raboso unique, we have called it “Fiore” (“flower”). The 2010 vintage celebrates the 30th year of production and of great success.
