Cabernet Paladin comes from Cabernet Franc, Carmenere and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, separately vinificated with an 8-days long maceration. Cabernet Franc and Carmenere give the wine the characteristic softness and the pleasant and elegant herbaceous note; Cabernet Sauvignon gives it character and fruity hints.

Colour: Bright and brilliant ruby red.
Bouquet: Very elegant because of the moderate herbaceous note and the clear raspberry scent.
Taste: Dry, full-bodied but velvet-smooth.
