Pinot Nero

In vineyard

Pinot Nero is among the most important grape varieties in the world. The vine, to express at best its characteristics, requires tenacious land that produces low-quantity production, but high quality.

In cellar

The grapes, red berry, are vinified in white, separating, in pressing, the flesh from the peel. The fermentation gives origin to a sparkling wine of the highest quality.

In tasting

Pale straw yellow wine.
The nose is delicate and persistent for the marked floral notes. The taste is dry and sapid, pleasantly lively and elegant; its acidity makes it fresh and gives it great pleasantness.

Plus

Wine with extremely delicate taste, fine and elegant perlage.

Pairings

Pleasant as an aperitif wine, magnificently accompanies the finest fish dishes, from appetizers to barbecue.
