Casa Lupo is born, a new chapter in the wine history of Paladin, which continues to tell us a long-term passion for wine. For more than half a century the brand Paladin is distinguished by its territorial signature: authentic expression of the Venetian, a land with deep wine roots and with many peculiarities, where there are historical and international vines, perfectly integrated into a generous soil.
Today Paladin decides to renew his commitment as ambassador of the territory and production of Italian wine in the world. To welcome this new challenge, one of the best terroir of the Venetian area, with a high wine-growing vocation and which has for years produced wines becoming a symbol of Italy in the world: The Valpolicella.
Here Paladin has concluded a close collaboration with the winegrowers of Valpolicella, bringing together their
local sensitivity with the methods and skills of Paladin agronomists and oenologists. This is intended to ensure
that all steps from the selection of grapes to bottling are carried out on the spot, making treasure of that local
heritage of knowledge that enhances the uniqueness of the territory: choosing the right area, land and vines, such as
Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. To follow the perfect maturation of grapes, determining the right moment of collection and drying times. To accompany the slow and controlled fermentation, the ageing in oak barrels for Amarone, the most important selections to become reserve, the placing of Valpolicella on the marcs of Amarone that gives life to Ripasso.
Around this universe of practices and values is born Casa Lupo, a brand of Paladin that encloses in itself the pride
and importance of Valpolicella, with three excellences: Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore, Amarone della Valpolicella and Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva.
