Sauvignon Paladin

Sauvignon blanc is the most prestigious aromatic vine and it found in our soil its perfect “terroir”.
The careful harvest by hand and the controlled temperatures during production exalt the varietal characteristics of our Sauvignon.
After a soft pressure, the wine ages for 5 months in steel tanks on its noble lees.
Very pleasant and characteristic, Sauvignon Paladin has a great appeal for each and every nose.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: pale yellow.
Bouquet: typical, with distinct notes of grapefruit, tropical fruits, citrus, melon, peach.
Taste: fruity, dry, fresh and lingering.

Gastronomic matches:

Ideal with first courses with spices and herbs, asparagus, seafood and raw ham. Great also as aperitif.
